SonderAI is a personal application platform operated by Tyler & Cody Leech. By using SonderAI applications — including the SonderAI Events app (events.sonderai.app) — you agree to these terms. The service is provided as-is for the personal, invitation-based use it was built for.
SMS Messaging Program Terms
Program name: SonderAI Messaging.
Description: When an event host you know invites you to an event, SonderAI may send you text messages containing your event invitation, RSVP reminders, and updates for that event. You are added to the list by the host, who has your contact information through a direct personal relationship; there is no public sign-up.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the event (typically a few messages around the time of each event you are invited to).
Cost:Message and data rates may apply. SonderAI does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt-out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation and you will stop receiving messages. To resume, reply START.
Help: For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Acceptable use
Use SonderAI only for its intended, lawful, personal purpose. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with its operation.
Privacy
Your use of SonderAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your information or share mobile/text-messaging data with third parties for marketing.
Disclaimer
SonderAI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
